General Contracting
At Roseau Construction Services, we strive for excellence, so each team relationship is perpetual to the mission of our company. For that reason, we set our standards higher than those of our competitors. When you hire Roseau, you are a hiring project manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, management of vendors and trades, and coordinate effective communication between the involved parties during the life cycle of the project. Each project begins with us reviewing construction documents and project sites for complete immersion.
Next, Roseau Constructions Services will apply the project scope for the creation and submission of our proposal, defining the construction budget and expected construction schedule to the appropriate team members. With negotiations complete, the key phase of our project begins – contracting. With a letter of intent or notice to proceed secured, the physical project can commence.
Once the contractual agreement is executed, the team will be solidified, and the project begins.
With the contracting process completed, Roseau Construction Services will set up the Pre-Construction Meeting, or Kick-off Meeting, with all Team members to discuss safety, project logistics, scope, RFIs, schedule, closeout etc… . This meeting is perhaps the single most important meeting because at this point, all proposed team members will be gathered together for the first time, on behalf of the project.
With Roseau Construction Services, a team properly bonded ensures the project’s success before the first grain of dust is displaced.
Following the successful kickoff of the project, we continue to hold weekly and daily teaming meetings. These range from daily job hazard analysis (JHA) to periodic Owner’s Meetings. The intent of each is to keep the project team safe and the lines of communication open.
